1. Facade The house is built with foundations and impressive structural bases with reinforced concrete walls of 28 cm thick, completely lined with Rodeno Stone of 10 cm hand-cut, giving the house an image of solidity and robustness.
2. Closing Detail of Antonio Mari el Escultor The iron enclosures of the exterior patios that face the main façade are an exclusive design by the artist Tony Mari, who has sculpted in Iron a forest in movement that flies in the wind, giving the facade and to the outer courtyards, a unique and exclusive artistic air, turning the facade into an entire work of art on display.
3. Interior Patios The interior Patios are those that generate in the spaces and internal habitat of the house the air flows so that the house breathes all its nature, we have included in these spaces water mirrors and a sheet of Cortén steel as a curtain of water in the patio of the kitchen, generating sensations of calm and well-being unique and private, where to enjoy the senses and breathe pure nature.
4. Glass Gallery This Gallery is designed to communicate the day area with the night area of the house, dividing the house into two perfectly separate areas, through this gallery we have given visibility to the entire intermediate courtyard that crosses all the length of the house to the end of the stairs that go up to the outdoor terraces that are located in the upper part of the house. This Gallery is the interior artery, a corridor with its own life and identity and a lot of light that forms a habitat in itself.
5. The Fireplace The quality Fireplace of the German Sparthem house is a unique piece, we wanted to escape from artificial forms and we have chosen to impregnate the house with a natural environment and thus opted for a wood fire, provided with a glass in the front of the room to contemplate the fire as an element, the glass has the movement "guillotine" to be able to easily access the wood loading area in the box and to enjoy optimal vision.
6. Stone Wall at the end of the corridor This element represents the essence of the house that goes beyond the exterior to the interior. We have used the same rodeno stone but we have sealed the gaps between stone and stone to give it a more polished detail and a finer finish than outside.
7 Salon / Dining Room and Kitchen This space of almost 70 m2 is a completely open space, since we did not want to build architectural barriers, so the whole set was a single habitat combining the different environments in a single concept, interacting with the different activities, thus the Living room with its Fireplace and its patio has the open view of the intermediate zone of the Great Round Dining Table illuminated in turn by the Glass Gallery, right next to the magnificent and generous kitchen with Island and bar for four people that visually ends in the outer patio with the water sheet at the end falling from almost 5 meters high. So from the sofa in the living room you have a spectacular view of the dining room, the kitchen and both patios, one with views of the Montgo and the other more private with the waterfall.
8. Bedrooms and Bathrooms 3 Bedrooms, each of a differentiated size, small, medium and large suite, each with a unique character, each bathroom incorporated into the space with large glass surfaces and visually connected to an outdoor area of the patio central with exterior water mirrors, giving the shower that feeling of peace, wellbeing and spaciousness in space. The master bedroom, with dressing area, has as its main element the two ceiling heights, an architectural feature that gives a unique and own visual generosity differentiating this Bedroom / Owners Suite from the rest, where the shower and bathroom space are part of the decoration of the room, to the lack of walls and visual obstacles, the separating crystals provide the area with an entrance of spectacular natural light.
9. Interior parquet floor All the floor of the interior area of the house is provided with floating parquet flooring and radiant floor heating. We wanted to transmit sensations of natural well-being that we have obtained through the parquet, both visual and sensation, generating a pleasant atmosphere that transmits natural heat.
10. Stairs At the end of the central inner courtyard, we wanted to be very generous with the element of the stairs and so we have built some stairs with 12 very flat steps, comfortable, with a very wide footprint for the comfort of elderly people, also the The width of the stairs is of a unique generosity, of dimensions of 21 m long by almost 2 meters wide, the LED lighting is positioned on each side of each step illuminating each step and giving the staircase an identity own as a substantial element of the house.
11. Outdoor shower and toilet, storage room and machine room. Indispensable the service area for a house. We have separated in a space completely independent from the main house, taking advantage of the space left by the construction itself to intelligently locate a service area where to install the area of washing machines, dryers, iron, dressing room with shower and toilet for the exterior use of the house and guests and pool pumps.
12. Upper terraces The upper terrace that is on the roof of the house and that gives access to the pool is 60 m2, we have chosen a high quality ruby stoneware and we have also built it on a floating surface with an open joint, two reasons essentially. When it rains that the open joint absorbs all the water and therefore the outer terraces never have accumulation and its maintenance is very easy. 13. PISCINA The element of the pool was the key to making the house even more unique and special. We have chosen to build a pool of very generous dimensions 50 m2 and of STAINLESS STEEL, only of a depth of 1.25 m and with an area of hydro massage beds with spectacular views of the Jávea sunset horizon with a unique view of the Montgo. The feature of the pool offers easy maintenance, a 30-year guarantee without fissures, no joints to repair and the exclusivity of steel as an innovative, flexible and avant-garde material. The steel itself will reflect every day a different color depending on the shadows that nature itself generated. A true pleasure for the senses.
14. THE CLOUD 50% of the surface of the upper outer house is covered by a "CLOUD" three meters high anchored and tensioned on a stainless steel mast, a revolutionary fabric semi flexible and resistant to inclement weather , that with a studied form and designed specifically to offer the least resistance to the Mediterranean breezes will generate spaces of shade and protection, being useful in summer to protect from the sun's rays and in Winter to protect from rain, humidity and wind, producing a micro bio climate in the open areas and protected under the cloud that in summer will be 10 degrees difference between the outside and the area covered by the CLOUD, giving the house in general a temperature quality impossible to achieve in any other type construction, with the consequent energy savings that this element implies throughout the year. The element of the NUBE is undoubtedly the great sign of Identity of this project that has gone from less to more, being now once completed a work of architectural art based on well-being, sensations and the particular Bio Climatic reaching the higher levels of energy efficiency in the market. 15. Surfaces The House is located on an Urban plot of 1000 m2 in the Native-Life Urbanization of Jávea next to the Granadella Natural Park. The useful constructed area of the house is 300 m2. The 60 m2 pool with a water mirror and the outside terrace is 65 m2. The Central Courtyard, the ventilation artery of the interior spaces has an area of 60 m2, each client being able to design generously different environments for each area of the previous patio and after the Glass Gallery. The Diaphanous area of the living / dining room / kitchen has an area of 59 m2 which is surrounded by two courtyards each of 36 m2 and the other 18 m2. Separated by a glass over 5 meters wide. The bedrooms have an area of: Small bedroom 21 m2, Medium bedroom 22 and Large suite bedroom 30 m2.
