INMO·EXPERT is an entity dedicated to the sale and rental of real estate and the marketing of real estate developments throughout the national territory (Spain). We act as a real estate agency and provide our services directly, as well as being in collaboration with other entities or agents of the sector.

What are the personal data we collect and the purpose of it?
The personal data that you must provide us are: name and surnames, phone number and emailaddress.
These data will become part of a file owned by INMO·EXPERT, treating the information you provide us with the sole purpose of sending the information requested by any means (phone or email) and register you as a potential customer. That is why from INMO·EXPERT we understand that the data provided by you will be presumed accurate and up-to-date, so that, if this is not the case, please inform us as soon as possible to rectify it.

We want to make it very clear that from the moment INMO·EXPERT transmits its name and surnames to the entity or collaborating real estate agent, as well as its email address and/or telephone number, INMO·EXPERT is not responsible for the use, treatment and/or storage that the entity or collaborating real estate agent makes of their personal data transmitted.
What are the rights you can claim and how can you claim them?
From INMO·EXPERT we want you to know that you have the right to obtain confirmation about whether we treat personal information that concerns you, or not. Therefore, if you are interested, you have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy of the personal data that is the object of the treatment, update it, as well as request the rectification of the inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for those who were picked up. In certain circumstances, provided in article 18 of the GDPR, you may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data. As a consequence of the application of the right to suppression or opposition to treatment of personal data in the online environment, we also want you to know that you have the right to be forgotten according to the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
