We act as a real estate agency and provide our services directly, as well as being in collaboration with other entities or agents of the sector.

What are the personal data we collect and the purpose of it?
Unlike other entities, in order to navigate through our portal, it is not necessary to register or fill out a contact form. As a user you can navigate through it with complete freedom, without, as we have indicated, providing us with any personal information. However, and here is the important thing, in the case of being interested in any property published on our website and wanting to receive information about it, you must fill in all the fields of our form, providing us with the personal data details that we indicate below, as well as marking, as we have previously indicated, the “I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms and conditions of use” box.

We want to make it very clear that from the moment INMO·EXPERT transmits its name and surnames to the entity or collaborating real estate agent, as well as its email address and/or telephone number, INMO·EXPERT is not responsible for the use, treatment and/or storage that the entity or collaborating real estate agent makes of their personal data transmitted.
What are the rights you can claim and how can you claim them?
From INMO·EXPERT we want you to know that you have the right to obtain confirmation about whether we treat personal information that concerns you, or not. Therefore, if you are interested, you have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy of the personal data that is the object of the treatment, update it, as well as request the rectification of the inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for those who were picked up. In certain circumstances, provided in article 18 of the GDPR, you may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data. As a consequence of the application of the right to suppression or opposition to treatment of personal data in the online environment, we also want you to know that you have the right to be forgotten according to the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
