Quart de Poblet Valencia Logistics Center
Location and access
The Port of Valencia is the leader in the transit of TEU containers in Spain.
Its importance not only lies at the national level as it is positioned as the 5th port with the highest traffic within the European Union. Its location has made it the gateway to the Mediterranean for the entry and exit of goods in Europe.
The unbeatable road and rail connections with the rest of the Peninsula identify it as the natural port of Madrid.
The Quart de Poblet logistics center is therefore located in the logistics "prime area" of Valencia. The plot has a good location as it is only 2.5 kilometers from the junction of the A-3, Autovía del Este that connects Madrid and Valencia, with the A-7, which connect by land to Madrid and Barcelona.
Its connections allow quick access to 2M people in the Valencia area
