Denia's city center is 2 km away, the supermarket is 900 meters away and La Marineta Casiana beach and the Rotas seafront are 2 km away.

PRICES
June and September: 150 euros / day - Minimum 5 days
July and August: 200 euros / day - Minimum 7 days
Discounts may apply for long stays and for the payment of 100% of the amount in advance.
EXTRA MANDATORY
Final cleaning: 120 euros
BAIL
A deposit of 300 euros will be paid in cash on the day of entry. *
The deposit will be returned by bank transfer between 1 and 5 working days after the departure date.
* The deposit will not be returned if there is any type of damage to the house, the furniture, all sets of keys are not returned or any of the prohibitions stipulated in the prohibitions section is breached.
ADMISSION AND DEPARTURE
Admission: between 4 and 9pm. Arrival after 9pm must be requested in advance.
Departure: At 10am.
PROHIBITIONS
No pets allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Smoking will only be allowed on the terrace.
If these prohibitions are broken, the deposit won’t be return.
