June and September: 120 euros/day - minimum stay 5 days.
From July 1 to 15 and from August 15 to 31: 140 euros/day - minimum stay 7 days.
From July 15 to August 15: 150 euros/day - minimum stay 7 days.
For stays longer than 2 weeks, a 5% discount is granted.

Final cleaning: 80 euros
BAIL:
A deposit of 250 euros will be paid in cash on the day of entry.*
The deposit will be returned by bank transfer between 1 and 5 business days after the departure date.
*The deposit will not be returned if any type of damage occurs in the home, in the real estate, all the sets of keys are not returned or any of the prohibitions stipulated in the prohibitions section are breached.
ENTRY AND EXIT:
Entry: between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. – Arrival after 9:00 p.m. must be requested in advance.
Departure: at 10 a.m.
PROHIBITIONS:
No pets allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You can only smoke on the terrace.
Failure to comply with these prohibitions will entail a fine of 250 euros, which will be charged from the deposit.
Possibility of long-term rental from September to June for a price of 600 euros per month plus electricity and water costs.
